Now that the XC preseason build up is well underway, we've heard a lot about the best returning individuals and the best returning teams, but what about the best STATES!?
Every top state believes they have the best distance talent and could take down the best from any other state, so how do we decide?
-Plan A: Go Lolo Jones style and throw the top boys in the ring with Ronda Rousey!

-Plan B: Take the Top-7 returning individuals from each state based off of 5k times. Merge them all together and score each state as a team.
