One of the more interesting races at the MITS Championships will be the 60m hurdles, where White Lake Lakeland sophomore Grace Stark, who owns a US #4 time of 8.39 seconds, will go against Ann Arbor Pioneer's Britten Bowen, who owns a US #11 time of 8.98 seconds. The 60m hurdles can go either way depending on the precision of each athlete. But if all else is equal, what else will give? The younger Stark has a lot to prove against the veteran Bowen, who won this event a year ago.
