Senior Alex Gould Comstock Park, MI/Comstock Park) will have one more shot at a qualifying time and Detroit's record in the mile when the track start participates in the Alex Wilson Invitational on Saturday, held at the University of Notre Dame. 

The mile race is set to go off at 1:35 p.m. 

Gould currently stands sixth on the Titan all-time list with a time of 4:14.02, achieved at the Grand Valley State Open earlier this season. Cory Stedman holds the school record with a 4:10.30 in 1998, while teammate Pat Liederbach and current head coach Guy Murray own the next five spots.
