Running Fit–Detroit Titan Cross Country Invitational Information

24th Annual Running Fit-Detroit Titan Invitational Website

The Detroit men's and women's cross country teams will host the 24th Annual Running Fit-Detroit Titan Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 11. The event will once again be held at Cass-Benton Park in Northville.

Registration is now open for all ages in any of the two open races as well as the brand new Middle School race.

Individuals looking to take part in the action must pay an entry fee of $5 per athletes. Special group rates are available which includes:

- 7-14 Runners - $50,
- 15-22 - $75,
- 23-34 - $100,
- 35-44 - $125,
- 45+ athletes - $150
(You must send an entry list prior to the day of competition)

Entries are due by Wednesday, Sept. 8.

The day starts at 9:30 a.m., with the women's open 5k followed by the men's 5k at 10:10. At 10:45, the first-ever Middle School 1.5 mile race, open to boys and girls 8th grade and under, will take place.

Back again is the annual Tommy Titan Future Legends Kid's Race, a free run for kids 9 and under, as the little ones navigate the final hill (200m) at 11:05.

The main event will be the men's and women's college invitational with the women's 5k and the men's 4-mile, scheduled for 11:15 and 11:45 a.m., respectively.
