FULL MEET INFORMATION
Dear Coach,
I want to invite you and your teams to the Brazos High School Cross Country Invitational to be held on Saturday, September 10, 2016. The meet will be held on the Brazos High School campus.
Schedule
8:30 a.m. Varsity Girls 3200 meters
9:00 a.m. Varsity Boys 5000 meters
9:30 a.m. Junior Varsity Girls 3200 meters
10:00 a.m. Junior Varsity Boys 3200 meters
10:30 a.m. Junior High Girls 3200 meters
11:00 a.m. Junior High Boys 3200 meters
Awards Team: Top two teams in each varsity division.
Top team in each junior varsity and junior high division
Entry Fees Varsity: $70/team or $10/individual (less than 5)
Individual: Medals for top 10 runners in all divisions
Junior Varsity: $50/team or $5/individual (less than 5)
Junior High $50/team or $5/individual (less than 5)
Maximum of $300 per school if entered in all divisions
Make checks payable to: Brazos High School
Entries Varsity: 10 runners maximum
Junior Varsity and Junior High: 20 runners maximum*
*(if more than 20 runners, then you must enter an additional team)*
Rosters:
Rosters of all possible contestants must be submitted via email only to: estuessel@brazosisd.net. The deadline for rosters is Monday, September 5, 2016. Please include the names of all possible runners; you will not be able to add individuals to your roster after the due date. Submit separate rosters for high school boys, high school girls, junior high boys and junior high girls.
Concessions: A concession stand will be open serving food and various drinks. Pre-ordered school meals are available upon request.
If you plan to attend please return the form on the next page by email (estuessel@brazosisd.net) as soon as possible. Indicate which divisions you expect to enter. Once I receive your entry I will send you a confirmation of your schools entry via email.
