2. Landon Kemp, Pole Vault, US #4 13-6
Thanks to the world of Twitter, we have video of Greenville High's Kemp's MITS record. Her previous indoor best was 13-3 -- and all-time all conditions pole vault was 13-4 -- and on Sunday she tied a new Michigan record for the indoor pole vault, nailing an attempt of 13-6, which lands at US #4. The South Dakota University signee tied Port Huron Northern's Mackenzie Shell, who hit 13-6 at the MITS State Championships in 2015. Kemp now can set her sights on Shell's Michigan outdoor record of 13-9.
