Earlier this month, Dan Ezzo claimed the first race win of his high school career at the CAAC Red Jamboree #2 meet in Mason.
The junior recorded a time of 16:47.00 and put a six second gap on the runner-up, Kenneth Abraham of Williamston. This result represents a new pr over the 5K distance for Ezzo. In addition to the individual triumph, he led his Haslett squad to the meet's team title - they collected 23 points.
