2013 Tri-Village grad, Clayton Murphy took a second place finish in the 800 at the USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 1:46.01. Murphy's effort at Drake University in Des Moines qualifies him for the IAAF World Championships, scheduled for September 28th - October 6th in Doha, Qatar.
