Former Warren-Howland standout, and current Arizona State freshman, Vincent Mauri joined the 'Buckeye State Breakdown' to detail his cross country and indoor track seasons with the Sun Devils

The 2019 Division 1 3200 state champ also provided advice to upperclassmen about the recruiting process and he recapped some of his high school career highlights, which include a 14:54 effort at the Trumbull County Fairgrounds, going head-to-head with Ann Arbor's Nick Foster over the 1600 distance and his 3200 victory against Jake Renfree and others at last year's Eastern Relays
