ANN ARBOR -- The men's indoor track and field team will compete in the Silverston Invitational this Saturday (Feb.19) at the U-M Indoor Track Building. Field events are scheduled to begin at 11:00 a.m., while the track events get underway at 1:00 p.m.

The Titans moved up a spot in the Great Lakes Region rankings, moving ahead of Marquette to take 15th place. Lesley Hanna's (Exuma, Bahamas, Coakley) 400-meter dash time of 47.85 ranks ninth overall and his 200m time is 15th best. Hanna is also involved in the 4x400 meter relay that ranks 11th and the distance medley relay that ranks 10th. Detroit will try to knock off some seconds at this meet before next weekend as they are set to compete in the Horizon League Championships.
