Day One Results
WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – The women's track and field team completed day one of the Colonial Relays. The team will return to action tomorrow morning at 9:00 a.m.
Kirstin Mooney (Stirling ON, St. Theresa Catholic) ran very well in the 400-meter hurdles. Mooney placed 14th overall with a personal best time of 1:05.25.
Olivia Smid (Ann Arbor, MI, Whitmore Lake) also competed in the 400mH. She finished 25th clocking in at 1:07.98.
Sequoyia Calhoun (Belleville, MI, Belleville) won her heat in the 400-meter dash. Calhoun won the second heat with a time of 57.48.
Nikia Duncan (Murrieta, CA, Murrieta) crossed the finish line at 27.15 in the 200-meter dash.
Nicole Meisner (Huntington Woods, MI, Berkley) won her heat in the 200-meter dash. She set a new personal record clocking in at 26.05.

Sharonda Vesey (Westland, MI, Romulus) all competed in the 100-meter dash. Meisner was the top Titan finishing in 20th with a time of 12.93. Duncan finished at 13.03, and Vesey ran it in 14.30.
Brandee Hart (Oak Park, MI, Berkley) joined Vesey in the 100-meter hurdles. Hart finished in 16.03, and Vesey was clocked in at 19.80.
Rachel Hofsess (Milford, MI, Milford) ran the 1500-meter run for Detroit. She finished 10th in her heat with a time of 5:12.93. She also ran in the 800-meter run with teammate
Sarah Martinez (Grand Blanc, MI, Flint Powers). Hofsess clocked in at 2:35.22 while Martinez took third place with a time of 2:24.16.
Off the track,
Whitney Rogers (Flint, MI, Hamady) competed in the long jump. Rogers leaped 16-5.75 on her third attempt. Rogers also competed in the 400-meter dash. She recorded a time of 1:01.84. Teammate
