Day One Results
YPSILANTI, Mich. – The women's track and field team completed day one of the 2011 EMU Twilight on Friday. Action will continue on Saturday afternoon.
Katrina Oberski placed 10th in the 3000-meter steeplechase for the Titans. She crossed the finish line at 12:17.21.
Rachel Hofsess was in action in the 5000-meter run. She finished in 11th place overall with a time of 19:36.96.
Two Titans ran the 400-meter hurdles.
Kirstin Mooney took 13th place with a time of 1:05.28, while
Olivia Smid was on her heels in 14th place (1:05.33).
Off the track,
Allyson Koglin took 13th in the hammer throw (140-02).
Lauren Berlin finished 15th in the shot put. She threw 36-9.75.
Day two of the EMU Twilight will begin at 10:00 a.m.
