High School Entry Fees: The entry fees are based on your teams total number of entries into the competition.

Male and female are considered separate teams. Please only enter athletes you intend to compete and review pricing
structure for meet entry. The late entry fee is $75 per ender. Meet payment is due by Friday, October 31, 2014.

(Receipt of payment will be provided to coaches at competition in team packet)

Timing Company: Gault Race Management - disposable B-Tag (Bib) timing chips

Souvenir T-Shirts: A limited amount of MSU Spartan Invite and MSU XC commemorative gear will be available.

Admission Prices: Adult - $7.00 Students - $5.00 (with valid student ID)

Packet Pickup & Course Inspection Available meet day starting at 10:00 AM

Weather Contingent: Course final setup, design, is weather dependent. Excessive heat or rain may alter the course and
distance.

Team Tent Camp: Teams will be asked to maintain team camps west of the finish line or in the rough area
between golf holes #1 and #9. A line will be marked on the ground and team camps must stay within the Team Camp boundary. Please no grills, stakes, or other items that may damage Forest Akers Golf Course.

Meet Information: All additional meet materials including registration information, course maps, driving directions,
schedule updates, and spectator information will be posted on the MSU Cross Country webpage at www.MSUSpartans.com or www.playmakers.com/spartan

Spectator parking: MSU Commuter Lot Free Shuttle Bus to course or walk to North Entrance

H.S. & M.S. Team Parking: MSU Pavilion after team drop-off at Forest Akers East clubhouse

College Team Parking: Forest Akers East clubhouse if arriving by car or van

(Limited number of collegiate parking passes - Must have team registered on D.A. to request passes)

High School and Middle School Teams not arriving by an official school bus and or having team gear dropped off
and picked up at Forest Akers East must request Drop-off passes by Monday, September 8

Race Results: Results will be posted at the awards area at the conclusion of each race. Coaches can acquire printed results at the awards stage with their results coupon. Results will be posted after each race at www.playmakers.com and following the invite on www.MSUSpartans.com.
