35th Annual Chesaning Cross Country Invitational
Pre - Meet Information
Date: Thursday, September 12, 2019
Location: Chesaning Showboat Park (the park is located approx. 1/4 mile south of the light in town on Front Street)
Time schedule: 4:00 PM Coaches meeting
4:30 PM Girls Varsity (All schools combined)
5:15 PM Boys Varsity (All schools combined)
6:00 PM All JV Boys & Girls
6:45 PM Girls Jr. High Race
7:00 PM Boys Jr. High Race
Note: We are running ALL schools in the Varsity races and having the computer pull out the MHSAA Div 1 & 2 schools and Div 3 & 4 schools.
Awards: Trophies for 1st and 2nd places for Div. 1 & 2 schools combined and the same for Div. 3 & 4 schools. 1st place trophy for boy and girl MS teams.
Medals to the top 50 in Varsity races
Medals to the top 25 boys and top 25 girls in the JV and Jr. High races
Entry Fee: $200 per school/$100 per team
Middle School (6th/7th/8th graders) $100 per school or $15 per runner less than 5
runners.
Course: 5000 meter double loop for all races except Jr. High will be 2 miles Souvenirs: T-shirt's will be available for sale. Please inform your runners.
Concessions: Our Lions Club will have food and drinks for sale.
Results: Results will be available as soon as possible at the conclusion of each Varsity Race and will also be posted at Athletic.net and Run Michigan websites. I will also email coaches a copy of results.
Enter your Varsity and JV Runners on the Athletic.net website. Middle School runners should also be entered on the athletic.net website. Entry deadline is Friday, Sept. 6th. If you have any questions or comments, feel free to call. See you on the 12th of Sept.
