In boys action, Elijah Collins of Detroit U-D Jesuit claimed the 100m race win with his time of 11.12 and Dearborn Heights Robichaud's Kyle Smith finished first in the 200 due to his 23.25 effort.
Wayne Memorial's John Gaton recorded a time of 2:00.84 to secure the 800m win and Anthony Hancock of Dearborn Divine Child captured the 1600m victory due to his 4:33.35 result.
Harper Woods Chandler Park Academy's Anthony Hudson took a pair of wins in the hurdles' events. He posted winning times of 15.08 (110mH) and 42.33 (300mH).
Top field event performers included Jabbar Thomas and Cory Hastings. Thomas of Harper Woods Chandler Park Academy won the high jump competition with his 6-1 effort and Dearborn Heights Robichaud's Hastings jumped 20-3.5 to win the long jump event.
On the girls side, Selena Ingram of Romulus Summit Academy North won the 400m race with her time of 1:03.13 and Dearborn Heights Crestwood's Zeina Jebara took the 3200m victory due to her 13:37.56 result.
Ashley Micheaux had impressive showings in both the track and the field events. The Wayne Memorial junior won the 100m hurdles race with her time of 15.22 and she placed first in the shot put event due to her toss of 41-3.
In team relay competition, Dearborn Advanced Technology won the 4x200 with their time of 1:48.88 and Dearborn Heights Crestwood earned the 4x800 win due to their 11:38.57 result.
