The MITS Indoor State Championships is set for Friday and Saturday at the Lincoln Athletic Building in Ypsilanti. 

In advance of the competition, review the Watch Live details, the live-results link, the schedule of events and the meet information. 

* Note: The team from Michigan Free Track Live will be conducting the live-stream and they'll be sharing their feed with MileSplit Michigan. 

Please know that the broadcast will be free and available for viewing regardless if you are a MileSplit subscriber or not.

The live-stream will commence on both Saturday and Sunday at 9:30 am EST. 

Tentative Live-Stream Plan per Michigan Free Track Live for Field Events

- Field Event Feed No. 1 will have High Jump & Pole Vault.
- Field Event Feed No. 2 will have Weight Throw, Shot Put, Long Jump & Triple Jump as a starting plan.
- Also, the dedicated track feed will present field event competition prior to the start of the track-based events.

    • Weight Throw - 1 Ring - Girls First

    • Shot Put - 1 Ring - Boys First

      •               ***Upon completion of both genders of the WT

    • Pole Vault - Girls First

    • Long Jump - 3 jumps, Top 9 to Final - Girls First

    • Triple Jump (upon completion of LJ) - 3 jumps, Top 9 to Final - Girls 1st

  • Running Events begin @ 11:30am

    • 60m Hurdle Prelims - Top 24 to Semifinal

    • 60m Prelims - Top 24 to Semifinal

    • 200m Semis - Top 10 to Final 

    • DMR (1200-400-800-1600) - Timed Final

  • SMR (400-200-200-800) - Timed Final

  • 60m Hurdle Semis - 3 Heats - Top 8 to Final

  • 60m Semis - 3 Heats - Top 8 to Final
