The trio joined us to showcase the upcoming LAB Series No. 9 Paced by the Pros. The meet will feature all of the regular offerings we've come to expect from the series plus a few very special added components.
An elite 400 meter race will be contested and for boys/girls who are looking to drop new personal best 1600 and 3200 marks in the seeded sections, they'll receive a boost to the competition, as professional runners representing the Very Nice Track Club will be taking on pacing duties.
We also talked to Kessler about his indoor season thus far, to Warhurst about his renowned 'Michigan work-out' and Eccleston helped to tee up what is sure to be an outstanding day of competition on Saturday, February 18th.
