Coach Rolando Eccleston and Coach Brandon Jiles joined the MileSplit Midwest podcast to help set the table for Saturday's LAB National Youth Indoor Invitational.
The meet, which is co-hosted by the LAB TC and Motor City TC, will be a hybrid style offering catering to both youth age-group athletes and high school-based competitors.
