Rockford / 4 x 800m Relay Team
Distance Running Enthusiasts Of All-Ages: A 3200m pr opportunity awaits on Wednesday at North Rockford Middle School, as the Rockford High School program will host the latest installment of their Summer Track Series. Gates open and registration begins at 4:45 and the action is set to start at 5:30 (field events) and 6:00 (running events). The featured 3200 will commence at 8:00.
The cost is only $5.00 per person (athlete or spectator) and a variety of age-classes are offered. The Rockford Rams squad will be using the 3200m race as a mid-summer assessment of their fitness.
