Yami Albrecht captured the D3 State Championship win last weekend at the Michigan International Speedway in Brooklyn due to his 15:40.80 clocking. In addition to his individual triumph, the Caro senior led his squad to the team title as they put up 61 points.
Albrecht has had a stellar campaign, where he's collected nine victories and established his pr of 15:28.68 during a first place showing at the Wagener Park Invite.
