MileSplit Michigan had an opportunity to catch up with 1992 Olympic gold medalist Darnell Hall on Saturday at Detroit Renaissance High School during the AAU Region 12 Qualifier.
Hall discussed his athletics career, his coaching duties with Track Life University and why it's still important to him after all these years to continue to give back to the sport.
