Adelyn Ackley earned the Division 3 win earlier this month at the Portage Invitational with her time of 17:35.40. The senior from Hart put a twenty-seven second gap on runner-up, Amber Gall of Shepherd as she led her squad to the team title. They recorded 32 points.
Subsequent to this meet, Ackley has won all four of her starts. In total this season, she has taken eleven victories in her twelve outings. She's ranked third in Michigan and sixteenth nation-wide due to her 17:03.80 clocking at the Benzie Pete Moss Invitational back in August.
