n one of the top meets annually in the state of Michigan gathering the best in the state, US #1 ranked Grant Fisher put his name up there with the all-time greats from his state by running the second fastest time ever at the Portage Invitational behind only two-time Foot Locker Nationals champ Dathan Ritzenhein (14:41). Fisher became only the second runner in meet history to run under 15 minutes at the Portage Invite with a 5K personal best effort for himself at 14:43.
