Ericka Vanderlende currently holds a substantial lead in Michigan's 3200m rankings during this early stage of the 2018 outdoor track season. The Rockford junior recorded an outstanding time of 10:21.17 on route to winning the 3200m race at the Greenville At Rockford meet, which took place on March 26th. In addition to her state leading time, Vanderlende's result represents a US No. 2 (overall), a US No. 1 for junior athletes and a new pr. Vanderlende, who also excels in the 800m, 1600m / 1 Mile and 5K XC events, appears poised to have an excellent 2018 campaign following her impressive outdoor season debut.
