We did the boys Fantasy DMR by state a few weeks ago and now we have the girls. This is an All-Time Fantasy DMR made up of athletes from a state. We came up with 12 teams that are pretty darn good. If we missed someone, let us know.

In the 15th year of the Free Press Person of the Year award, Haley and Hannah Meier are only the third and fourth athletes to receive the honor, following Rockford track and cross-country star Dathan Ritzenhein in 2001 and St. Johns wrestling sensation Taylor Massa last year.

Randall's Island, NY - The date many have been waiting for is finally on the horizon.  Fourteen of the best prep milers, and eight of the best short sprinters have been personally invited to compete in the city that never sleeps.  Both boys and girls have been hailed as some of the fastest in prep history, with numerous candidates holding a national record at one point in their prep prestigious careers.  MileSplit will be on-hand Saturday, May 25th, bringing you all the action live via twitter, and bringing the most comprehensive meet coverage around.  You don't want to miss this one.  And here's why,

NEW YORK CITY (May 7, 2013)—More than two dozen of the top high school athletes in the country—including nine athletes ranked #1 in the United States—are now set for the Dream 100 and Dream Mile at the adidas Grand Prix on May 25, adidas and race organizers announced today.

3rd times the charm for Finn at Brooks PR! Check out all the great Brooks PR and State Meet action from the weekend!!

The girls action is going to be smoking this year at the Brooks PR meet, from 60 meters of fury to 2 miles of tactical savvy.

The Brooks PR Invitational brings together the nations top track and field athletes from across the country to compete at the Dempsey Center in Seattle, Washington, one of the fastest indoor tracks in the nation. The meet consists of seven events the 60 meter dash, 60 meter hurdles, 400 meter dash, 800 meter run, one mile run, and two mile run. Michigan is well represented sending six of the state's finest to Seattle. Leading up to the meet we will spotlight these talented runners.

Katie  Knight at Eagle Island   Katie Knight & Kai Wilmot of North Central scored impressive victories at Richland to top action in the Northwest.

Amy-Eloise Neale was the top story in the Northwest but there was much happening around the nation of note as well.
